Nasty! Shrimp taste like it was bought at Walmart (frozen section) food had season but didn't taste like it.. gross will never eat there again

Great lunch - showed up shortly after they opened and had the place to myself. Didnāt know what to expect and ordered the New England Clam Chowder and it had depth and flavour. For lunch had 1/2 lb snow crab, potato and corn - it all came steamed in a bag. Overall very good, and value for $.
As a professional traveler, it is disheartening when you come across a business with bad customer service. Not only did they forget my food item, but they didnāt want to offer me anything for an inconvenience. I found out after driving all the way home and was met with attitude for a mistake made on the business, The manager argued me down as if I was in the wrong for holding them accountable for a mistake they made. Will not be returning. Will take my money to juicy seafood on Gallatin Pike instead. People work hard for their money and go out of their way to support local. To be met with attitude is unprofessional and shows their lack of commitment to good customer service.

Recently visited from Ohio , ordered a seafood boil as well as vegetable fried rice , the fried rice was made with nothing but rice, onions, and broccoli , and a lot of oil. I asked if I could get a refund due to the taste being horrible and oily and not being what i expected i was told I couldnāt get a refund, they took the fried rice and threw it away
