For the 2nd time, they've give my order to someone else. I dont need free food. Don't need my money refunded. Just make sure my order is ready for my pick since I paid for it in advance. When asked what happened, no one is sorry - just dont have your food. Horrible customer service and management. Would NOT recommend.

Ordered through DoorDash. Had 3 different t drivers. First one stole our order. Then they assigned a second person. Then the store canceled the order. Then they remade it and assigned the third person. No ranch. Supposed to have 3. Only 1 straw supposed to have 2. Ordered Dr. pepper and orange Fanta and got 2 sprites instead. No napkins. Only ketchup. Food was over 30 mins late

Don’t place an online order ahead of time expecting your food to be ready in the time interval it tells you it will be ready. I came in told the lady I was there to pick up my order, she went to the new screen they installed (SUPER helpful as you’ll see) set my name as “here” and told me to wait 5 minutes. 10 minutes later my name disappeared from the screen and I’m thinking “okay I’ll get my food soon”. Waited 5-10 minutes, they still haven’t said my name. Multiple people who have walked in after me got their food so I’m thinking something must be wrong, I had to walk straight up to the counter again and ask if any one of the bags sitting on the metal rack is mine, they confirm my name and hand me my food. Now why in the world did they not call my name? You know I’m “here” so why do I have to settle with eating cold wings when you got that giant screen with my name on saying I’m waiting for my food. Now should I have asked for new food, yeah, but I’m not that kind of person. Wingstop PLEASE do better. I seen employees checking that screen with customer names on it like every 2-3 minutes. Don’t delete incomplete names and forget about people. Do. Better.
