I hate picking up here as a door dash driver. The comment from a customer regarding the food never being ready is very true. They have many employees working but most just standing around. Literally there’s a pregnant woman who is an employee just standing rubbing her belly talking to another employee instead of helping doing anything. 5 ready door dash orders on the stand and what do you know- one of them was mine. What a waste of time

I have ordered via door dash food from this restaurant 10 plus times. The food has never been ready for pickup without a minimum 30 minute wait upon my arrival. This is even when I place the order an hour in advance. The food itself is fine. The management should correct this. If they did they would provide a much better customer experience.

I usually love this location, food is always correct and fresh. However, I ordered through Uber Eats tonight and my tenders were barely warm...you could tell they've been out for a while... My house is right down the street so it didn't take long to get here so it's definitely not a delivery issue and I haven't had problems any other time.
