This is the best place i’ve ever been to for a fun drink. The staff is always soooo sweet, and their drinks are the yummiest, if i could rate 10 stars instead of 5 i would!
I purchased a $25.00 gift card from this location on Sunday, December 7th and I tried to use it on December 14th at the location in John's Creek, Georgia and I was told that the card was inactive. I have tried to call the Hixson, Tennessee location multiple times, but it keeps sending me to the Headquarters office where no one evers answer the phone. I don't believe the female who sold it to me activated it, so I'm out of $25.00. ... Edit: Corporate refunded my money back to my debit card about a week after I made this post. Thank you and please make sure that associates know to activate gift cards when selling them to customers.
