My son was screaming while I was ordering, the young girl taking my order ran to go grab him the milk I ordered and waited for me to pour it in his sippy and took the cup back to throw away. She obviously did not have to do any of that and I am so grateful she did because the line was long and it allowed me to wait in line without a screaming baby. Every time I’ve gone to the Wichita Falls location I’ve always had above and beyond customer service.

They made an event for a swag day in Dyer Indiana that said March 15. Turns out it was the weekend before. When I contacted them about it, their response was ‘we’ll keep this in mind for the next time we announce swag day’. Keep what in mind? That you put the wrong date on an event?! Brand new location and clearly has zero customer service. No thanks.

Went to the Muskegon, MI location this weekend - DELICIOUS! The staff were friendly and helpful, the coffees we got were sooooo good, the lines moved quick, with lots of flavors and customizations. Amazing. I’ve been having to drink decaf and watch my sugar while pregnant so I’ve had to go without a frozen / chilled coffee for the last eight months (can’t find them anywhere in the area)… they offered decaf to every coffee item across the menu, and options for sugar free or however sweet you want it. I was thrilled and will definitely be back. Husband agreed. I can only imagine the other drinks are just as good!
Lucky for us to be there on opening day… we got a free shirt for every large drink we ordered, which was super cool! Nice touch!

I had a terrible experience at the location in Binghamton. The barista brought the drink out to my car and handed it to me but there was a crack in the cup and the drink was actively leaking. Before I could let them know they left. In the time it took me to park the majority of the drink poured out in my cup holder. I walked up to find someone to assist me. As coffee was spilling on me I asked for napkins and a trash can. They brought napkins out but had to search for a trash can as coffee was still spilling on me. I left with a mess in my car and no drink. Was started as a cup malfunction demonstrated the utter lack of customer service. A frustrating experience that cost $5 plus tip with nothing to show for it.
