I stopped in to get some wings. $14.99 for 10 wings. All food prices are getting high but I have never had a chicken wing with such quality chicken meat. Very juice and so tender you don't even need teeth. The owner/manager made a dry rub nashville hot off menu serving of 10 wings for me. Delicious. Many dipping sauce choices also. Reasturant decorations and logo are very clever. These wings were worth the price. Visit this store in Hixson. We need more tasty places to eat on this side of town

I ordered from Big Chicken via uber eats yesterday, and while the food was really good (albeit very expensive for what you get), there was no care with how our meals came out. One of our milkshakes was supposed to be no whipped cream, and that was not listened to. I ordered an extra side of sauce that was never put into the bag. Our milkshake straws were put in the bag, but just on top of the food so they were covered in cheese. Not to mention, I paid extra to have bacon and cheese on my fries, and there was barely any on there. There was more cheese on the milkshake straws than the actual fries. I would chalk this up to poor delivery, but everything was perfectly in place, it was poor packaging on the restaurant's end. To top it all off, there were no utensils or napkins in the bag, and I requested ketchup that was nowhere to be found. Overall it was just a messy meal. Really delicious, but little care put into packaging our order.

I was a little worried when I got here because the parking lot was empty, but it was a great meal. There was no line upon entering, but the cashier was ready and answered all the questions we had and gave good recommendations. It took a little longer than expected to receive our order (which is the reason I took off a star for service), but everything was hot and fresh when we got it. The sauce bar was great and the Big Chicken sauce was a favorite with our family. Price was a little more than I would expect for fast food, but everyone I came with had more than enough and we all took about half of our meal home. It was all fantastic. I saw in some reviews that earlier on, they didn’t have combo prices. That seems to have been resolved at this point as we all got combos. They also have the option to get a milkshake as your drink in the combo for an upcharge (milkshake was also delicious). Overall great experience. Will definitely be back.

We were looking forward to eating here. It was 6:30pm so we expected a crowd. There was nobody there only the 3 employees. When we went in it looked very nice. The very nice lady at the counter Laura, who was SPECTACULAR, by the way!!!!!! She explained the menu to me because it was a little confusing. There wasn’t a family pack. So we got 4 different combos. The total was $87.20!!!! So, No we won’t be returning. The chicken was okay. The poppers were good. The slaw was very good. The fries mediocre. I hate the plastic cups. The shaved ice with the soda machine was great! I guess I expected more considering this was supposed to be a SHAQ restaurant. But, way overpriced. One time customer. The guy cooking and who bagged our order was soooooooo friendly he the BEST smile. He made the 15-20 wait for the food worth every minute. The employees are the best part of the restaurant!!!!!! Not the food. And definitely not the prices!

This is one of the slowest restaurants I see why it’s half empty just the whole waiting process I’ve been in here almost 30 minutes for 2 kids meals we want be back food is horrible only thing good is the lemonade
