3 meals in a bowl!! (As a petite person) Love the freshness of CAVA. My favorite is the crunchy falafel, original pita chips, and definitely have to add Shug sauce. I’ve frequented this company more than any other restaurant 2025. And my jaw drops when people have NOT heard of CAVA.

Got shawarma chicken bowl to avoid the nasty stuff coming off grill. No sauce. Tasted fine, but the corn was burned for some reason. Staff was friendly. Prices on beverages were too high for me. Would go back but avoid the corn.
My first visit to Cava in Hixson, Tn was great- very personable, knowledgeable server helped me put together a delicious to-go bowl based on my tastes. She packed dips and dressings in small containers, do nothing was soggy when I got home. I was able to add the amount of salad dressing abd dip that worked for me. I was very pleased and decided to go there for dinner for a second time. BIG MISTAKE!! The server behind the steam table was awful - she could have cared less about how my meal was put together. I arrived home with a big soggy mess which I immediately threw away. I will not go back to Cava!!! I will get my Mediterranean dinner bowls from Taziki's, which is just across Hwy 153 from Cava in Hixson! And if you are smart reader, you will too!! Poorly trained staff, who don't care about customers always leave a bad taste in the mouth!!

We had a really nice meal at Cava tonight. Everyone was so pleasant and the food was fresh and delicious, it’s become one of our favorite places to eat when we want a healthy, quick meal. Big shout out to Dee who was kind enough to help me out when my husband dropped his pita chips on the floor. It was a small act of kindness on a rough day and we appreciate it.
