I have gotten food from this location over a handful of times. Other locations are better like the one in North shore. The workers here are not at all friendly or value any type of customer service. They could honestly care less. I will not be going back. The manager really needs to go ahead and fire their staff. Hire competent people who care a little bit more.

this is absolutely ridiculous. i’ve never had a problem with chipotle but i sure did this time. i placed an online order being in a hurry and it was almost 15$. i got absolutely nothing and it was cold and the worker was rude when i came to pick it up. i didn’t say anything because i had already got to work when i opened it but this is absolutely ridiculous for 15$. id appreciate a refund but probably wont get that. do better please.

Ordered 2 quesadillas and an order of chips and guacamole. Guacamole was left out of the bag. The quesadillas were just folded into the box instead of being cut. They were both just a doughy mess. I paid almost $38 for this mess.

The atmosphere is completely trash, The workers when I went there were very rude and disrespectful, They give you size potions as if you are a getting a kids meal. And have a very hard time of following directions. I would not recommend this chipotle to anyone please chose another chipotle . The experience and food is terrible.

We waited over 10 minutes for our order to be taken while the line stretched halfway through the restaurant. The man behind the counter was too busy texting on his phone to assist customers, leaving the girl working the drive-thru as the only one actually working. To make matters worse, when he finally put his phone away, he handled food without gloves and without washing his hands. Due to the poor service and unsanitary practices, we walked out without ordering and will not be returning.

The service was slow and could only do 1 order and servings were very small and had to ask if I could have a bit more as even the rice did not cover the bottom of the bowl. First time here and dining room was not very clean or utensil , drink area.
