i frequent this place often and always receive friendly service but tonight i had the privilege of Maddie making my food and she was the sweetest most helpful down to earth person i’ve come across at this location. hope to see her again when i return :) <3

First of all, chipotle spent a long time telling everybody portion sizes haven’t changed. The picture below is a 20 dollar burrito. The cup of queso cost 6 bucks and had two ounces in it. Pricing is a problem. But, past the issue of pricing they sent out half the items we ordered without the meat in it. I’ve never seen anything like it. For the money chipotle charges I’ll take my money to a real Mexican restaurant.

Customer service very unprofessional food looking very dry and old when I complain about my food the young lady asked the manager to come fix my food the manager was so unprofessional didn't apologize for the mistake that they have done.. very rude!! will never be back needs new management before I come back everyone had a ugly attitude

Servers were wearing dirty aprons and a very lazy attitude. The food was WAY behind being ready for the 5pm dinner rush. Unsanitary and upsetting watching a server tell the customers to wait when all the containers were nearly empty. Up your game Chipotle. We may never go back to this store.
