I order vegetarian salad take out. I ask for avocado on side (which comes with order) as it get mushy stuffed in bowl. Each time recently the staff tells me they are NOT allowed to put avocado in little cup, just in the salad bowl or they have to charge me extra $$ like a side order. I am not asking for extra avacado so ? They are frequently out of peppers/onions. Rude staff sometimes. We were taking food out weekly. Not worth the hassle, so will not go back.

I honestly didn't know a Chipotle could suck but this one is awful. The service is bad, the food is below the quality of every other Chipotle I have ever been to, and they give you tiny portions (why? It's chipotle!) Pass.

The Sofritas Bowl was delicious! I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a fairly healthy place to eat when you are watching your calories. However, you will need to skip the chips. Yummy, but not lo-cal.

This is a picture of the $17 burrito I just received lol. The plastic fork is longer than the burrito. They should rename these to baseballs because thats a more accurate representation of size. Never
The portions have gotten smaller and the price is way too high now. I refuse to over pay for above average food!

After arriving, we were told there would be a 20 minute wait on chicken. When I asked the manager (Adam) if we could choose another meat without the up charge, he rudely said “no”. It shows how little he cares about customer service, and even his employees had to apologize on his behalf. It’s a shame that this is what this restaurant has come to

I personally love gong to chipotle but today I had kinda good/bad experience to went in to chipotle everything seems fine and I was not paying hood to attention and how they were making it but I know I asked them the right thing that me and my family wanted which was 3 bowls with not a lot of food so this was about at nigh time no to long before for they close abt 2 hours and so I got my food everything seem perfect but not quite! I got one of my bowls and the rice was hard and some it was soft but it rare if it was soft then after that I asked for tomatoes on one they forgot to add after I said to add it and I don’t know about the other bowl because my family did not tell me about but I was really disappointed because I love going to this chipotle so I might have to fine another spot thank u so much for reading!
