This is a great drive through place that will have you crossing town just for it. We think you'll love it, especially if you're fans of Wendy's or Burger King. You can smell the grill aromas when you arrive. All the flavors are bold and satisfying and the ingredients seem extra fresh and high quality. The burger choices remind me of how you can build your burger at home - custom! And you can pick two sides (!) for your combo tray, I solidly recommend the Cajun fries, wraps, or fried cheese nuggets. (The Cajun fries are so good I'll sometimes get a double for the sides. ) But there's a bunch more options too! Even hush puppies. They have chicken sandwiches you can customize too. In fact, I think there's a whole lot more on the menu to pick from that I can't even remember - I'm just listing my favorites. Oh! And they have Big Red soda (IYKYK) and a menu of about 2 dozen milkshakes. In case you can't tell, we love Cookout and prefer it to almost all other drive through. BL: excellent drive through burger+shakes+_ place with great flavors and quality and a fascinating and non traditional menu. And it's price competitive. A great value!

Just left this location. It's Christmas Eve, 10:30pm.....and EVERYONE working was killing it! The line was alllll the way out to hwy 153 as no other restaurants are open, and Cookout employees are QUICKLY working the line down, food is hot AND fresh, and customer service was the icing on the cake. Everyone was so pleasant & I appreciate all the workers on the clock sacrificing so that I may grab my food quickly and rush home from work myself to be with my family. My family thanks you tonight Cookout Hixson!! Great job!!
Can't get ahold of cookout to let them know they burnt my food and that's the third time they messed up my order up 😩

it reminds me of five guys when it comes to the french fries but with a wider selection. They have a soda pop that is very good….. cherry flavor and the price is really good for what I got. I’ll be back.

I always have problems from this location. Its either they don't take my order correctly, or just ignore parts altogether. Feedback is not an option. You can leave a message if there is something wrong with your order or try and contact corporate to no avail. And thats IT. No way to call and ask for the manager on duty. Overall, my biggest complaint is the sandwich ratio. They used to make a good Cajun sandwich and now it has no spices on it or barely. Then the size of the patty they give me versus the bun is just unreal. Im done giving chances to a company that doesnt want feedback to correct their problems.

Ordered a cheese quesadilla and a small tea, and they gave me (& charged us for) a chicken quesadilla and an extra large tea 🙄. I kept the extra large tea. I thought it was cheaper, since it was supposed to be part of Hubs' lunch. It's was $2.50 🤦🏻♀️ Hubs got a cheeseburger tray with double fries because he wanted a large fries. Who knows if that was actually cheaper. 🤷🏻♀️ It is what it is. Everything tasted good. I guess that's what's most important, right?
There's the possibility they'll forget something of your order, granted that's kinda expected with many fast food restaurants and all, but otherwise I love their cheese bites. Every time I come by I get like 2 or 3 of em. Tried their Cajun ranch wrap, pretty good. Good size for the price too. I also usually get the peanut butter banana shake, so delicious. Friendly and cool staff.
