Today at 8:30pm, I went to this cookout location and I had the best experience. To the lady who said “Here you go beautiful” I didn’t get your name but those four words and your radiant smile made my whole night better. Best costumer service. Saturday nights are a joke to try to het around all the childish behavior that a car meet has, reckless driving almost hit several cars and no way to get around all the idiots standing around

Burger was okay. Not as good as Jack's or 5 guy's. Coleslaw was nasty. Just ground up cabbage and a little wet. Tea pitcher was not marked sweet or un sweet. Bathroom was clean with 2 employees smoking pot

Slowest CookOut I’ve been too. Clearly some training or staffing issues going on. You could drive across town and it be faster. Waited 20 mins in the drive thru just to get the wrong order.

I had placed my order during a rush and it was given to me with little to no wait til. I had the privilege of meeting Chara (hopefully I spelled it right) she complimented me with beautiful, gave me all I needed and more. She definitely was giving great service , attitude and more. Please promote her !
Not one clean table in the whole restaurant. Management needs to do a better job with employees. And the employee that was ringing up our order was high as a kite. And they actually trust him to handle money.

The Hixson team rocks!As I was sitting down to eat, a bus with 40 or 50 highschool kids came in, all at once.The Cook Out team went to work taking and filling orders and as far as I could tell, no one waited more than a few minutes for their food.

Saturday approximately between 11:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. March 2.Absolutely the worst service ever.Waited in the Drive-Thru for someone to take my order for over 15 minutes no one answered the intercom.Walked inside and stand at the counter for over 15 minutes and no one came to the front counter but yet I heard what it sound like children laughing and playing in the back. When someone finally came to the front young man to take my order he was not generous look confused and and was mumbling what do you want.At that point I did not even want to eat. This store is sometimes great service but this time it seemed like they hire some Junior High schooler and did not even trained them on anything.
