If I could give the service zero stars I would. We waited in the drive thru for 31 minutes walked in and our ice creams were sitting there melted. The woman in the drive thru was also rude. Won’t go back.

This place is amazing! Anyone who wrote a bad review must have been there the first week or so when they were so slammed you couldn't get near the place.
My husband and I are obsessed with their butter burgers, sourdough melt, and chicken. The frozen custerd is also amazing. At our age, it's probably not the best for our cholesterol, but it's SO WORTH a splurge now and then. :D

The customer service here is consistently exceptional! My family and I have visited on numerous occasions since their opening. The butter burger with cheese is a particular favorite among my family. This has become our preferred fast-food establishment and it continues to surpass many traditional sit-down restaurants. With the outstanding customer service provided by the cashiers and the consistently perfect food prepared by the cooks, you are sure to have a great experience here.

Culvers... bring back the opening crew. First your ordering line is AWFUL. No designated area, nobody knows where they should be out who's next. Cashiers come and go so you might be in some sort of line and then the cashier just disappears.
We walked in and were crammed coming in the door with everyone else while the whole front of the counter was wide open.
We moved to the middle once there was a little space because there was a 2nd cashier. But once she took the order of the people in front of us, she left and never returned.
5 mins later the three groups behind us had moved into the only remaining line, and we dropped in behind them.
Still only 1 cashier, and 10 minutes later we ordered, 15 minutes after we walked in. That's crazy for fast food.
From the ordering area to the single condiment station, you guys need better organization and another area for drinks/condiments.
We like Culvers food, but avoid going because of the experience.

Me and my partner went at 9:30. There were 3 other people there, we waited a perfectly fine time 10-15 minutes. I start eating my burger and boom its raw. And not only that it seems to be the second patty thats almost completely raw, mind you, i wanted a single. So not only was my order wrong it was unsafe to eat.
