Today, our 3.5 year old had surgery and on the way home, asked for her favorite treat, a Drip blueberry muffin. We didn’t hesitate to stop and poor thing, with the anesthesia wearing off, she was beside herself crying.
One of the owners, Jacob was working the drive thru and saw her crying. I told him where we’d been all day and he surprised her with a big chocolate chip cookie, ON THE HOUSE, along with her muffin. She talked about it the whole way home.
Jacob, thank you for being such a kind human being. You made our day!
I hope to go there so long that I pull up and can say, hey it’s me and they ring in my usual 😂😂

Drip Coffee is the brew-tiful spot you didn’t know you needed! The atmosphere and building are grounds for a great experience—modern, inviting, and full of character. The menu has a great selection with high-quality choices, though the prices are a bit high (but honestly, where aren’t they these days?).
What really stood out to me, though, was their incredible customer service. There was a small service hiccup (definitely not their fault), but the employee was empowered to handle the situation and espresso-ly went above and beyond to make sure everything was right. They brewed up a positive experience from what could’ve been a negative one, and I truly appreciate that level of commitment.
With a educational background in business customer service, I am acutely aware of when a company (and its leaders) gets it right. I love rewarding businesses that go the extra mile—this is how great businesses should be latte-ly run!

This is my favorite coffee house. It’s a great gathering place and also a great place to set up your computer solo and get work done. The coffee tastes great and the staff is friendly and efficient. I’m there every week.

We were told that this is the best coffee in Chattanooga and it was the absolute truth! I drank every drop and wished I had more! The next time I'll order the largest cup, I thought 16 oz. was plenty...nope. I loved it!

Lily of the Valley
Star bucks is no longer my go to. I haven't had much but coffee and avocado toast from here, but their AT is by far the grandest I have ever seen or tasted. It is truly a shareable meal. They give you a large portion that's loaded with all the healthy stuff and exploding with flavor in every bite. I had a coffee that had molasses in it, and if you have not tried it, you aren't the coffee connisuer that you think you are. I only wish there was one closer to where I live. But it's worth the 25-minute drive every time.
