12/05 We had a party of 10.. the waitress was so rude every time we would ask for something she would let out a big sigh like it was inconvenient for her. Older woman, short with glasses. Food was cold also.. I used to love coming there.. but I will be going elsewhere from now on. I wish we could get refunded

Kid-friendliness: We had a messy 19 mth old in our party who dropped as much rice as he ate, and although his parents did clean up and sweep after he ate, the staff was very gracious and unconcerned with his lack of self-feeding skills.

First time dining here and the atmosphere was nice, very clean restaurant, and friendly staff. There are lots of different plates to choose from and have a distinct vegetarian section which was nice. The food came out quick and hot, 10/10 will go again!

Absolutely one of the best and most authentic Mexican food restaurants in all of Chattanooga. A must try if in the area!
Came here last night with my friends and I am so disappointed because the food was good, but the service was terrible! My friends and I were treated with so much disrespect for no reason! While we were eating our food our waitress came over and asked us are we going to tip her and then proceeded to argue with us saying we keep asking for the price of stuff like we can’t afford to be out eating in the first place. She then stated that” YOU PEOPLE” (We are African American btw) never want to leave tips! I can’t even remember all the ignorant and racists things she spewed at us, but I will be calling corporate because I have never been more disrespected in my life while out eating. We were polite and not loud so I don’t understand the hate! If they continue to run their business like this they want be in business too long!

Walking in you are greeted and seated promptly served salsa and chips. The atmosphere is filled with art and subtle starry lighting. The service was phenomenal the food was delicious. My 5 year old ate nearly all his dish which at most places is just picked over or ignored. I ordered the chorizo cheesy Chicken and rice a generous portion and the flavor was amazing yet due to the size got to take the rest home for a later snack. Our new favorite place in hixson 🙌

Let me start by saying I love the food, and I've been a regular since opening. Unfortunately that doesn't make up for the terrible service I had today. Everything was going smoothly until my waiter suddenly started trying to rush me. It began with bringing my check when I was only half through my meal with an assurance that he 'wasn't rushing me' and needed me 'to sign this'. Odd, but whatever. Not even five minutes later he comes back and urges me to pay. A little irritated, I did. He beings the check back, mentioning again that I need to sign. Refusing to be rushed I didn't sign and focused on eating. Again he returns, starts to pick up the the check which is when I tell him I hadn't signed yet, and he then urges me to so he can 'go on break.' At this point it wasn't even 2:30 and I had been there for maybe 25 minutes. Baffled, I signed the check and continue eating. Next thing I know the waiter is giving me to-go boxes, a to-go cup, and a bag while I am actively eating and nowhere near done. My past experiences with this waiter have been nothing but pleasant so being effectively shoved out by him was baffling.
As a food service worker I understand the want to go on break and that it can suck when you have to wait, but rushing your customers is not only rude but also affects your tip income. I don't know if I will come back to eat anytime soon, and if I do I will be asking for one of the waitresses.
