I didnt know what to expect going in. Good reviews but seemed empty often. Im glad to say the food was excellent and the staff friendly and helpful. The burger bar to pick my toppings were very fresh and crisp and the sides were excellent. I recommend the fried pickles!

Today I had the absolute worst sandwich I've ever purchased at a fast food restaurant. It was 💯 DISGUSTING! I will never spend a penny here again. I ordered a cheese hoagie and got a mushy microwaved disgusting wad of gross cheese. THAT'S IT!!!!! There was NOTHING on it, no lettuce, tomato, mayo, absolutely no toppings. It was just MICROWAVED MUSHY BREAD, not toasted or grilled. It was TERRIBLE. A 4-year-old child could have made this exact sandwich in a microwave with zero assistance. Don't waste your money here!!! SO GROSS!!!

Steak sacks have always been our go to but not anymore. Purchased 2 today and it had chunks of fat and the steak was tough. Absolutely disgusting. I should have thrown $26 out the car window. It would have served the same purpose.

This place is so good! I wish we had one in East Ridge! I had a gyro and the pita was so fresh and the gyro meat was delicious. They have a fresh toppings bar with all the sandwich fixings, everything was so fresh! It is also spotless inside and the folks working there are super friendly. We need a East Ridge location on Ringgold Rd!
My wife and I were hoping to have Rueben sandwiches, since we had had them at Glen-Gene’s many years ago when we visited frequently (at other Chattanooga locations, but not this one). They were not on the menu and the woman at the register said that they didn’t even have pastrami or corned beef. We settled for cheesesteak and turkey Rueben sandwiches and onion rings. The cheesesteak was below average and the turkey Rueben was tasteless. The only reason my rating is 2 stars instead of 1 is because of the onion rings. We will nit be going back.

Used to be delicious. Cooks obviously changed because our entire order was terrible. Missing items, cutting meat and spreading to make it go further in a burger, obviously they are struggling. Not another penny from me

Good food. Above average vegetarian options for a sandwich shop. Self serve burger toppings. Plenty of seating. Kid friendly. A great place to go if you want a human to take your order. Communication could be improved when the customers order is ready.
