I normally love Glen Genes for the fact that they are fast and communicate when they are not. Tonight our order was supposed to be delivered 30 minutes ago. Our delivery person has been waiting for 45 minutes. I tried calling numerous times only to find a busy signal. Gonna be second guessing this choice in the future.

I have been eating here since I was 5 and am now 38. Came today with my mom for the holidays who used to bring me to the mall location years ago. $17 and change for a cheeseburger meal that’s equal to a quarter pounder at McDonald’s??? You have gotten extremely greedy or mismanaged this business to ask that price for a simple mea. You don’t even come close to half the places in town for portion, quality, or experience for that price. Sad this was my last visit after all these years.

The grilled cheese was fire? and I heard the employees saying "hawk tuah" in the back
I walked in looking for a quick bite and was blown away by the clean environment, There was a young worker named Hunter who was very quick and fast paced and helped me right away! He was also very polite! Food was also overall amazing!!! I will definitely be back soon!!!
