We tried Kosha for the first time Friday at Pink Cottage in Kimball, TN and it was so great! We had Hibachi Chicken with Fried Rice and all of it was fantastic. It was enough for me to make two meals out of it. Great quality and quantity! We will definitely eat there again!

Kosha Hibachi Food Truck is hands-down one of the best family-friendly dining spots around! The owners are incredibly sweet and welcoming. You can tell they truly care about their customers and food, it shows in every detail of the experience.
The food is phenomenal! The steak is cooked to absolute perfection, with just the right amount of tenderness and flavor. Every bite melts in your mouth. The shrimp is equally impressive—so juicy and seasoned beautifully. Whether you're there for a family night out or a casual meal, the quality is consistently top-notch.
I highly recommend Kosha Hibachi! It's the kind of place you can visit again and again, and it only gets better.

I don’t care too much for food trucks, but our employer treated us to HIBACHI today. The young lady at the window was pretty friendly. As for the food. I got the chicken with fried rice & veggies. The fried rice was like sticky rice and unseasoned. The chicken was dry and seasoned ok but not how I take it. If I was spending my own money I wouldn’t stop and eat at this truck.

I’m all about supporting small businesses, so we drove from ooltewah to try after I’ve been drooling over their Facebook pictures. I can say looks are deceiving, nothing like the pictures posted. At almost $20 a plate, I figured I’d be loaded like those pictures! Chicken was small and bland, more seasoning would be make it better. I’m not going to even comment on the upcharge for fried rice because I didn’t see a problem or complain until after seeing the actual plate. For the price I expected much more, it just sucks it wasn’t how it’s perceived on Facebook. Dinner was okay, would’ve definitely rather have spent the $80 at the steakhouse but it is what it is.
