We tried Kosha for the first time Friday at Pink Cottage in Kimball, TN and it was so great! We had Hibachi Chicken with Fried Rice and all of it was fantastic. It was enough for me to make two meals out of it. Great quality and quantity! We will definitely eat there again!

I don’t care too much for food trucks, but our employer treated us to HIBACHI today. The young lady at the window was pretty friendly. As for the food. I got the chicken with fried rice & veggies. The fried rice was like sticky rice and unseasoned. The chicken was dry and seasoned ok but not how I take it. If I was spending my own money I wouldn’t stop and eat at this truck.
