The best way to explain Kosha is restaurant quality hibachi with the convenience of fast food. For this to be a food truck, the food is very good and I find myself choosing this over any of the hibachi restaurants
We tried Kosha for the first time Friday at Pink Cottage in Kimball, TN and it was so great! We had Hibachi Chicken with Fried Rice and all of it was fantastic. It was enough for me to make two meals out of it. Great quality and quantity! We will definitely eat there again!
