I got a lb of sliced brisket and 1/2 lb beef sausage. Both were delicious. To me the brisket was honestly one of the best I've ever had and I eat it regularly! The staff were all super friendly as well. This is a great spot you won't regret stopping by.

Best BBQ in Chattanooga! When we moved here from Memphis we were worried about finding good BBQ, and we were so excited to find Chef Q. Everything we’ve gotten is delicious! They make my favorite broccoli salad, their blackberry sauce is unique and flavorful, and their BBQ dogs are to die for! Portions are good, service is friendly, and prices are reasonable.

Very good! Got the sampler and chose sausage, pulled pork, and brisket w/ smoked Mac and cheese and collard greens as the sides and it all was phenomenal. Tried the blackberry and hot sauce as well and they were so good! Best I have had in hixson!
