🔥🔥 After hearing great reviews about Chef Q, I had to try the BBQ myself. I got the pulled pork sandwich, and it was top tier -- perfectly smoked, great flavor, and generously piled high. Sauce was on point, fries were choice. My new go-to for BBQ in Chattanooga.

This is some of the BEST Brisket I've EVER had! So tender & tasty. It's like eating your mom's Sunday roast. Love the pulled pork too! The Collard Greens were cooked to perfection. I highly recommend Off the Grill!

How have I been sleeping on this place?! Tried last night and its in the top 5 bbq I've had in my life. 3 meat sampler was phenomenal! Great portion sizes, amazing flavor and not dry. This just became my go to bbq for Chattanooga!

We had a great lunch here. The dinner combos were delicious, the pull pork and the brisket were perfect and we loved both the corn /spinach salad and the tomato/cucumber salad, my son also enjoyed enjoyed the hot dog. The service was friendly and fast, we will be back!

Best BBQ I've ever had! We drove about 2 hours based on a recommendation and we are trying to figure out how quickly we can come back! Everyone in my party took a full second plate home, and they even offered to make accommodations so the food would be freshest the next day!
After hearing about Chef Q for years, I finally decided to visit. All I can say is...I should have come earlier. As I approached the restaurant, I could see the smoke billowing from the grill out back. My mouth began to water. Since my family was undecided on what we wanted, we ordered the sampler dinner. This dinner came with three meats, two sides, and corn muffins. Enough food for four people. The ribs were perfectly kissed with smoke. The pulled pork was moist and full of flavor. The beef brisket was like none I've ever tasted...simply the best! Our sides were smoked mac and cheese and coleslaw. I think Chef Q's Grandma made the mac and cheese because it's definitely home made. I highly recommend everyone within a one day drive make a visit to Off the Grill by Chef Q! You'll be glad you did.
