Good example of why you should always read reviews first. We’ll never be back—and that’s saying something because my family loves Popeyes. If I were the franchise owner, I’d be very disappointed.
As others have mentioned, it’s freezing inside—uncomfortably so. We originally planned to go through the drive-thru, but the person taking our order was completely confused and couldn’t seem to understand what we were saying, so we decided to go inside instead.
Unfortunately, the staff inside was incredibly rude—shockingly so. Between the poor service and the cold, this location is a hard pass for us.
The best part of this experience was being able to drive an hour home reading all the bad reviews to my family in the car knowing we all experienced the same thing. At least we got some entertainment from it.

The lady manager that work the drive thru during the day is rude and always has a nasty attitude she also over charge for extra sauces she also charges you automatically for a large drink even when you ask for medium that supposed to come with a combo stop going during lunch the night shift staff is very nice and has great customer service!

No one but us the entire time in the drive thru line. We ordered two chicken sandwich meals. A number one and a number three. Nothing special. Twenty eight dollars. Insanely priced but still thinking at least the sandwich should be good. It wasn’t. And it still took a long time with just us in line.

Update: The workers name was Nicole and I went around 12:30-1 o’clock. I did not make a mobile order… I ordered at the window and was not able to finish my order bc the lady cut us off. We drive to the window told her we did not get to finish our order and she said “um whatchu mean what does so u even want” and then proceeded to tell my husband to take the drink and shoved it towards him. He started telling her what we wanted she looked at us nodded her head and was saying I already got that what else in a rude tone then when we tried to pay she slammed the window bc we had a code to get a side for free and proceeded to tell us “I can’t do that right now so you will have to just pay”

I’ve been here twice, each time I’ve met someone mean, and hateful. You kinda need a shame kink in order to come here, because they’re always gonna make you feel bad.

I'm really not sure what to think. Popeyes should be a good opportunity to get some decent tasting fried chicken, however my two experiences have been let's say short of horrible. I get it that this is not 5 star cuisine, but wow the food is either to over seasoned, or literally none at all. I mean zero taste. My experience today was the biscuit tasted better than the chicken. The staff has no personality that makes you want to ever come back. So no recommendations from me, the place and the service is not good. The corporate office should take a thorough look at their business model and consider some modifications. I likely will not return even if I'm starving.

Miserable dine in experience. Very cold, we and other customers went back to our cars to get jacket and sweater to wear inside (when outside temp. is 90 degrees). Loud high pitched beeping was constant. Commotion, yelling/arguing heard from kitchen. Cashier obviously unhappy. Table tops and chairs dirty with food crumbs. We and another couple (came 10 mins. after us) also waited 15 minutes for food, this was at 11:45 on Friday. French fries inedible, (had obviously been refried so completely dried out/all fries thrown away). We ate a wing and got the H out of the place. No paper receipt for us or another couple whose order was misplaced. We will not be back until reviews change.
The good : Chicken pieces were large, with thick crispy flavorful crust and very hot. (5 stars from me on chicken but Wife said she liked KFC coating better). Interior décor was modern, bright and spacious. 3 piece combo meal, one side with drink was about $14.
