Pulled into drive thru and ordered two chicken sandwiches that's it just two sandwiches. Paid and was advised to pull forward and it would be right out. Twenty minutes later still nothing. Went inside to get my money back. Total chaos inside people being told they were out of this,that, and the other. Love Popeye's sandwich normally. This is NOT the place.

Picked up at drive thru. Order spicy chicken. Oil soaked thru container and seemed a little dark. Like the oil needed to changed. Service was quick. Young lady at drive thru was very pleasant.

We waited through the drive-thru forever. They told us we would have to pull forward and wait on chicken. There were about eight other cars waiting we sat there for more than 15 minutes and I had to go back to the drive-thru to get them to give me my food. Then she left out our mashed potatoes and gravy. It made her mad we came back through and she was hateful. Not to mention it was nasty and unkept

Got a doordash delivery that was messed up. Fries are absolutely old and cold. They didn't give me my iced tea the poor doordash guy said that they were rude to him I'm glad I tipped him well. Then when I tried to call to complain they do not answer the phone and you have to leave a voice message.

Just ate lunch at the Hixson, TN store and Nicole, the cashier was so nice and pleasant. She immediately apologized for being out of chicken sandwiches and that their truck would be delivering tomorrow. I asked about the garlic parm wings, she said the were pretty hot and Jeff explained they were ghost pepper wings with garlic parm on them. They let me try one, i survived the heat and ordered them. The two of them were so nice and pleasant and Popeyes is lucky to have these two employees working for them.

I have to say this location really went above and beyond with my order. From the friendliness to the fresh and hot food I received in a timely manner. We’ve had our negative experience with other locations but this Popeyes will definitely continue getting my business also the cleanliness inside the store was impressive.
