I am visiting out here from Southern California for work and I looove a good smoothie! Well... I botched my order by not explaining I need a non-dairy option, as I am lactose intolerant, and the lovely lady in the drive-thru helped me by fixing my order to a vegan option, while keeping what I wanted minus the dairy!!!! This was my first time having Smoothie King and it was not only GREAT but the service was absolutely incredible! Thank you to Priyanka (I hope I spelled that correct!) your service was top tier! And next time I'm out here for work I will definitely stop by again!!

The employee Bob at the Smoothie King in Hixson, TN definitely deserves a large appreciation/raise for his customer service. This was mt first time I have been to Smoothie King so of course I was confused. He took his time to explain all of my options with what I was looking for. He even had me park in the front of the building so he could provide me samples so I could get the perfect smoothie for myself! He also kindly went inside without saying anything and made my son a smoothie. This was the best experience I have ever had as far as customer service! I recommend 1000/10

This is by far the best smoothie king I’ve ever been to. I’ve never had a place that is so consistent and fast every time I come here!!absolute perfection.!! Been here for four or five weeks working a job in town. I’ve traveled across the country for 17 years and this is the best, most consistent one I’ve ever been to!!
