So I stopped going here for months cause employees were so rude. It seemed like they finally got rid of the rude ones so I started going back again. Well this afternoon I come through and made a mobile order. When picking up, one of the cups didn’t have whip cream on it. The employee said if we put cold foam on it we usually don’t put whip cream. I said I understand that but I customized my order and paid for both.( she had long hair with braid, short, light skin and glasses, no name tag) She went and got me a cup of whip cream. It was a treat for my daughter. Well she didn’t like it cause it didn’t taste right and wasn’t made right. And it was a reward she earned. So I felt bad and was like tell me something else and I’ll order it and I’ll just add an espresso shot to your drink and I’ll drink it. Problem solved. I go to order at drive through this time. Same lady. I told her my first drink then I paused and I said I would also like a shot of espresso. There was enough pause for her to know it was another drink. But no big deal easy misunderstanding. She than tells me my order and she would see me at window. I said no that’s not right. I wanted espresso shot in a separate cup. She very rudely with a tone says “ well next time you need to say that” now this whole time I’ve been nice and understanding but omg when she got a unnecessary attitude with me that’s when I about lost it. I thought I spoke very clearly. I’m the one spending my money there. So until Starbucks weeds out the bad ones again I won’t be going back. Like I understand baristas have it rough but if I don’t have an attitude you should not be giving me an attitude.

I ordered my drink and tried pay with the QR code of my card on the app but the worker said they don’t accept QR codes although the store has stickers all round advertising to use QR codes on the app to pay.

The girly man manager charges for coffee cream if it’s over 2 oz Mr Schultz the owner of Starbucks would be appalled what in the world the drinks are already so high team the customers have to deal with big headed some par managers who cares if your manage a coffee stop what are you 17 no one cares what a joke besides this place is known for the homeless hang out and has barely any customers plus they charge for coffee cream it’s ridiculous.

Go here for coffee with friends at least twice a month. Always consistent.
I am a regular Starbucks customer because I like their coffee. This Starbucks location is the worst I have ever been in !! They NEVER have fresh coffee ready!! I ordered & for paid a tall Pike Place this afternoon. After waiting almost 10 minutes, while baristas changed shifts-counting money in registers, laughing, talking ignoring customers, they finally began making fresh coffee. I turned around and walked out. I will not be back.If you're smart, after reading this you won't go there!! There's a much better Starbucks 1.6 miles further down Hwy 153. This other Starbucks cares about customers and the coffee is always fresh and hot for people who want it!!!!

stopped in for a quick drink, and the barista Riley C was a blast to talk to. had little samples of frappe’s for us to try. i was talking abt how the drink i was wanting was out of stock, and she was able to make me a replica using other ingredients. tastes fantastic! thanks so much

Our first time visiting this location and it did not disappoint. We were greeted and served by the wonderful Vanessa. I brought my special needs client in w me, Vanessa listened to our very specific request and assisted accordingly. However, when it came time to pay, my card was repeatedly declined due to fraudulent activity on my account. Seeing my panic, Vanessa, without hesitation, took care of my order and my client was still able to get his pink shake. I cannot thank you enough Vanessa. Saved the day. Over and beyond for us today. Thank you so much
We come in pretty much every day and twice a day - noticed again today as well as last week the Sunday crew needs HELP. Especially in the 2-5hrs, 20+ mins is a but long compared to the other six days of the week. Stars improve as you do. =)
Everything was great! Employees were super nice.
I come to this Starbucks multiple times per week and the staff is always so lovely! I especially want to shout out Sherry who always has the BEST attitude. Your kindness doesn't go unnoticed!

Hwy 58 Starbucks is my favorite. Everyone knows my name over the speaker and they know my drink before I can even get it out of my mouth. Thank you guys you're awesome
Nice. This store has gender marked bathrooms. I was able to use the men's room and didn't have to pee all over the toilet and seat like in the non binary ones.
Love this place. They are rarely crowded when I stop by on my way to work.
It's Starbucks. So it's amazing coffee. Price could be cheaper, but so could everything.Features: Wear a mask. It's a pandemic.
