Our first time visiting this location and it did not disappoint. We were greeted and served by the wonderful Vanessa. I brought my special needs client in w me, Vanessa listened to our very specific request and assisted accordingly. However, when it came time to pay, my card was repeatedly declined due to fraudulent activity on my account. Seeing my panic, Vanessa, without hesitation, took care of my order and my client was still able to get his pink shake. I cannot thank you...
We come in pretty much every day and twice a day - noticed again today as well as last week the Sunday crew needs HELP. Especially in the 2-5hrs, 20+ mins is a but long compared to the other six days of the week. Stars improve as you do. =)
