“Excellent food! Free chips, salsa, and queso with your meal. I had the steak fajitas and they were delicious. Be prepared if you order this that it only comes with tortillas unlike other places that give you pico, cheese, sour cream and lettuce. While that is the Tex Mex way I do like that with fajitas. It's in a storefront and seating is in the back, but don't let that deter you. So delicious and friendly staff. Go check it out!“

Taco Tuesday Special are unbeaten and the tacos are a must.

“Food was soooo good. We went twice on our visit to Chattanooga because it was just a block away from where we were staying. We got it once for delivery (dinner) and once for dine-in (brunch), and we were super impressed by the flavors, variety of options, and service. I absolutely loved the beef hash that they had for brunch! We also brought our 7 month old, and they were very accommodating. Def recommend!“

“I’ve been here multiple times. I have never been disappointed. Moving from Memphis I still have my favorite Mexican place. But I am happy to say this and all of the restaurants affiliated with 423 are great and i recommend each one. The staff are always friendly and helpful. They don’t hover and rush you. Very nice, comfortable place to have lunch or dinner. In fact I’m going this weekend with some friends.“

“Honestly, this is one of the better Chiplotles by far. Compare this to the ones in Florida is night and day. They usually have fresher food, making tortilla chips in both morning and afternoon shifts, so you don't get super stale chips by 2pm. They're always in stock of items, never had to complain to them.
If there was one thing they could improve on, it's general cleanliness. The line is sometimes a mess, and the drink station can look pretty bad at times. I even had to bring back one of their deep 1/3 pans that had caked in sofritas once (why was it there in the first place?).
If you need to go to a Chipotle, go to this one.“
