This place has excellent steaks you can't buy a steak at the supermarket and cook it cheaper than you can buy a steak at Texas Roadhouse the rest of these restaurants in Chattanooga are a lot higher I had to stop eating steak because they cost to much if people quit buy meat they will drop the price.

Waited almost 45 minutes for a table after they said they were waiting on the table to be cleaned off, but yet there was plenty of open tables. Server took forever to take our order. Might not return!

It depends on wait staff. Some people should not work in a service that requires flexibility, and refer to elders as their “dear” Mam or Sir will be adequate when referring to customers. We just had a snarky young waitress..

We walked in was told 35 minutes ..which we said ok. Everyone that came in was told the same thing but when you look at the empty tables not just ONE but many tables. There was usually 3 ladies standing around at the desk. So we waited 30 minutes not very happy but when we did get to eat the food was great and the waitress was very good.
This Texas Roadhouse is consistent with others in the chain. Great food and great place to eat.

We always enjoy going to Texas Roadhouse. We have come to appreciate the excellent service and attention to detail on or order and taste of the food. Could probably reduce music sound levels a little, or maybe that is just me getting a little on the older side. :)

My 1-star review is based solely on the food itself. Our server was near perfect. The food, however, was so bad. I ordered a medium steak, and it came well done. The chicken pasta was cold and tasted weird. I still can't put my finger on it... It didn't get ate. My daughter's mini burgers were like hockey pucks. I mean hard, dry bread, cold piece of cheese, and hard meat patty. My youngest had macaroni and mashed potatoes and refused to touch it. After tasting, I knew why. The potatoes were cold and the macaroni tasted like glue. This was our first time ever eating at a Texas Roadhouse and, while I wasn't expecting a red carpet, I was certainly expecting good, hot (warm, at least) food. Especially with all of the hype TR gets. Definite waste of $75, as the only thing that got eaten was a side salad and a baked potato.

We ate dinner there on Saturday night and I cannot say enough about how great it was. Even though they were very busy, our wait was not too long, the service was fantastic (every worker was super friendly and our server was excellent), and the food was wonderful. Better than expected!!

I really don’t understand why I can’t get accommodated for a high chair for my son but see other kids with one especially being placed in a small both with a family of 6?! It’s a fire hazard for my son but not for the other child how does that make sense? Why couldn’t we just been placed where we could have a high chair when it was known he needed one? Just better off going elsewhere. Def not worth the $80 I spent.
