The food is OK, if you can get it. Today I ordered three times with a coupon. When I got to where you order and pay, the coupon was gone, and the price was much more than what I had ordered, but the order was the same. Finally I got the on-line order system to take my order with the coupon. When I got to the store, the lady mgr. said they were closing up due to inclimate weather.. I was really upset. the computer took my order. I drove to the store to get it, and was met with nothing to take home. My only thanks is I didn't pay up front on line. I was gonna pay at the store. Don't know if that would have made any difference or not.

This location has the BEST management, and their finished products are the best made anywhere in Tennessee. The other local Dominoes could learn a thing or two on how to prepare the menu items to perfection. I live in Hampshire and use the app in my phone to order. Never a problem.

It is hard to find a great tasting pizza with comes with top notch customer service, but the Domino's team in Hohenwald have successfully mastered this! To start with, we have a very large family of 18 and when we eat out, our orders are very confusing. Needless to say, we look for deals and have high expectations for the quality of our pizza. So, you might say that we are not the easiest to satisfy. With that said, we have been frequently this branch for years and have had great experiences. Fresh, hot, and customized pizza served with a smile. Would highly recommend!

I’m an employee, I ordered a pan pizza and ordered on the app on my day off. Well when I ordered on the app apparently it changed my order to have no cheese, so when I got there I wasn’t happy with my pizza, so I asked can you remake it with cheese on it I don’t wanna eat that. She says no it’ll throw off our food variance. Then I ask well can I just re-order the same thing this time with cheese I’ll pay for it again, then she says no we can’t do that and refuses my order. Bare in mind this our stores current GM.

I'm a regular customer at this location due to living in the nursing facility close by. Dominos is a real treat when I'm able to get it, and the food is always hot and fresh and tasty. Appreciate the people who are in the service industry, and especially those who prepare your food!
