We got there just after opening. Took over an hour to get our breakfast. First pot of coffee was very weak and also took a while. Bathroom (only men's open) was not stocked, when it was only one roll of TP and a handful of napkins. Omelette was just that, no sides except an old biscuit. 2 tables left before ordering, wish we had too Very disappointed.

Hamburger steak and patty melt both were small pattys, and the bottoms were burnt! Patty melt says it comes with onions, etc, it was basically a hamburger with cheese, mushrooms and more bread than meat, and the service was not great either!

Server was great, kept our group's drinks filled up and checked on us often, but we waited for 2 hours on our food and it was mediocre when it came. Might have been better had their front door not fallen off and taken half their staff but based on the experience provided I have to give it 3 stars.

We waited an hour for one club sandwich. It was a decent sandwich but the server was rude. Never apologized for the wait. Only spoke to us to tell us the amount of the bill. Never even thanked us for coming in. Talked to another employee the whole time about their schedule.

Always good food, good service, and rarely super busy. I highly recommend the Monte Cristo or the Elvis special. 7.9/10 would definitely recommend. Gotten to be a semi regular eating spot for us.

Don’t waste your time! We was headed to Dickson but at the last minute decided to eat local BIG MISTAKE. We seated ourselves and after 5 minutes someone appeared. We waited an hour and still no food. My biggest problem was we only ordered fried eggs and French toast and when we asked to pay for our drinks the waitress said your order is up I’ll be right back, she didn’t come back and a decent restaurant wouldn’t have charged us for our drinks after everything. There was no wait line and and half tables already had their food when we came in. I’m guessing most of their reviews are family. So just to clarify half the tables already had their food when we placed our order and we weren’t the only ones complaining about the wait or walking out . I’ve worked in the restaurant business on and off for years so I understand how having an understaffed kitchen can frustrating.
It was a last-minute decision & as it turns out; a very good one.Great freshly prepared food. Great service. We were visiting from Santa Fe, Texas to pick up a new Oliver Travel Trailer .Melissa @ Meriwether's Retreat recommended by the way.

Found this place while driving down the Natchez Trace. Perfect side trip for lunch. Burger and sweet potatoes fries were perfect!! Atmosphere was great, like a 50s cafe!

Stopped in for lunch on way down Natchez Trace Parkway. Really good cheeseburger and chicken club. Much much better stop than all the chain options for lunch. Highly recommended
