Went in, the attitude of the front counter was awful, and the little girl that threw my food on the counter had the most horrible attitude I’ve seen in awhile. I was beyond pissed at this point so I didn’t ask her name, but she doesn’t need to work with the public with that attitude.November 28th,2025, 7:50 Pm. I’m gonna start leaving a review each and every time I go in there and if that attitude is consistent, I will do my best to get her fired. Unacceptable!! And they do not even deserve the one star review!!

I don’t normally give really good reviews for McDonald’s on the service, but, when we walked in, there was no one in there, and the maintenance guy happened to be there and got us Served right away, and I just did not catch his name. But he did say that the owners of this McDonald’s has I believe 14 locations and the ones that he mentioned we have been to often and they’ve all been really good. So it’s nice to know that owners care and hire good people for their locations. My wife’s order came out perfect, and they made fresh coffee and it was nice and hot. I would highly recommend if you’re going across Hohenwald TENNESSEE stop in and give this McDonald’s and business.

Drove through a couple of days ago, and the food was all kinds of messed up. Came back today to get it fixed and met this amazing manager, Brandon. 100000/10 service and attitude. I am beyond happy with how he fixed the problem.

When I got to the window the lady that takes my money was rude as hell and when I got to the next window the manager I think her name was Sasha or something similar besides that she was incredibly rude she handed me my food nearly throwing it at me than began to SCREAM at her employees for a “multitude of reasons” from what I heard she was non stop yelling and making me and other customers very uncomfortable when I got home I contacted someone Ik works there and they told me the girl in the first window is her daughter and that this is a nightly thing and they don’t like working night shifts bc of this I don’t think anyone should have to put up with this customers or staff this is incredibly disrespectful

The food was good but for the manager who helped me I wish I could give this place zero stars for service. I don’t remember her name but I know it starts with an s. There was the person at the first window trying to help me and she came in and was entirely rude to her. And on top of that my wife works there and if that’s how night shift wants to run I don’t want her to work there anymore. Honestly, if you want your children to work anywhere do not choose here or have them work mornings on weekends but no nights at all here. And I was able to hear said manager from outside the store yelling like a mad man at the employees. That manager does NOT need to work food service if that’s how she treats other employees.

This was our chicken nugget… why is it black, I wish I knew. Whoever is cooking needs to check their chicken before cooking because my child is sick from this now. Never get nuggets without cutting them open before eating. This is outrageous They should be ashamed of serving me this!!

Generally standard Hardee's Fare. The low rating is because of the upcharge sodas at breakfast on the combo. If you knew what the markup on soda is, you'd realize exactly how cheap that is of them.

The food was good, the morning staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. First time I've been in a McDonald's and had someone come to my table and ask if I wanted a coffee refill. They cleaned the tables and floors multiple times while I was there. There are plenty of outlets, and they're very welcoming if you need to sit and work for a while. I'm in the area a couple of times a year for work and will definitely make this a regular stop just because of how welcoming the staff were.
