As a regular patron who ordered food and asked that it be prepared a certain way only to have it prepared by 2 different individuals that were incapable of following a simple request.The result was this patron leaving so as not to create a scene.The solution by the owner was to ask the patron to leave the establishment the following day and that was a brilliant business decision, almost at genius level !? Never was given a chance to explain my reason for leaving. Great way to treat a dissatisfied customer.
