Sonic had always had awesome fresh food until recently. And tonight went for dinner and all 3 of the orders of onion rings were soggy, smashed and nasty. They were stuck together like a blob. This is the worst experience I've ever had at this sonic so disappointing

I've waited 20 minutes for a mini milkshake and still havent gotten it, and I pressed the button and waited another 15 minutes for them to answer !!!! And then a carhop decided to give me my shake and not ask for the total and then makes me wait another 10 minutes for an entirely different person to come get the money I owe. I mean I'm an honest person but at least do your job.

It's Sonic, right? But hold up. This is Sonic 2.0! The food is always piping hot and so friggedy fresh! I have never received cold or sloppy food. The customer service is seriously some of the best out there. Period. Above even some of the most fine dining establishments. I have never experienced anything but awesomeness here. I eat EVERYWHERE and this Sonic location is, hands down, my favorite place to grab a quick bite, a filling snack, a refreshing bev or shake.

I was just blessed by the people at Sonic 🙏🙏🙏 wanted to surprise my little one with a treat and they hooked me up, I sadly couldn't pay because my phone wasn't working and unexpectedly they said it's on the house. I will most definitely tell everyone how great yall are.

The blonde carhop on skates is so sweet! She was running crazy at lunch today getting all the orders out!

Our server Jezka (Jessica?) was absolutely amazing. She was quick and efficient. I had spilled my drink all over myself and we just asked for extra napkins and she went above and beyond. She gave us extra napkins plus she refilled my drink and gave me a brand new cup (the spilled one was broken). She is such a great employee. Thank you so much.

I pull in 10 minutes before they open and this waddling woman starts screaming at me that they are not open yet. I usually come to this location at least 4 times a week. I don't appreciate the unprofessionalism I received, I would have been content to wait until they opened but I don't like ppl yelling at me. I took my business to McDonald's and I guess I'm going to have to get my tea somewhere else.

3 visits in a short time. They literally dont listen on the speaker and dont pay attention packing order and making drinks. Drinks often missing paid for real fruit. Missing items. Missing drink. And on the missing drink hit the button said missing our drink they just rang it up and said the price. Food is usually ok but if you have a complicated order check the accuracy before the carhop walks away.
