First time visiting here. It's a small town casual diner and we really liked it. You can tell it's been around for awhile, but there's a reason for that. The service was great and the food was good too. You can tell it's homemade. Prices are very reasonable. So if you like good homemade food I'm a very casual atmosphere you'll like Southern Skillet. Breakfast is served until 10:30 AM. Their hours vary, so check beforehand.

Fried Mushrooms had enough batter on them for 3 times the amount of Mushrooms served. PattiMelt was served cold and had enough salt for at least three sandwiches, if not more. The third time here, and unfortunately, each time there was an issue. Will not be back.
