I was just in this subway and ordered my sandwich and they are going down on the food you get and charging you for things you don't get. What I ordered was supposed to be 1 of those that has the double cheese and looks nothing like what they made. They are ripping people off. I got a sweet tea with mine and when I got out to the truck and tasted it WOW was it NASTY. No joke it tasted like water with a hint of tea and not sweet at all. I took it back inside and told them. He tried to give me some excuses that they changed company's. I guess he didn't realize that I've worked at Subway when it was a good place to eat. They were just too cheap to put the correct amount of tea mix in and added very little sugar and tried to pass it off. Most people take their food and leave but I was thirsty and that's why they got caught. I told them that it was disgusting and that I wasn't drinking it. They didn't even offer to exchange it. So I took a cup and exchanged it myself. He told me if I didn't like it not to order the combo next time. They really need to treat their customers with respect. I won't be back!! They charged me almost $12.00 for a sandwich not worth $5.00. People we all need to stop coming here!! They ain't gonna learn respect and customer service until they get hit in the pocket.
Also that's why they can't keep employees
Update: Sandwich that I got has made me sick. It hasn't been down 45 minutes and I'm throwing my guts up. Hopefully no one else gets sick.

The hours for this store are always wrong stopped by today before work to buy lunch for work at 8:30 and guess what boom they are closed but online it says they open at 8:30 it’s so annoying when I drive 30 miners to grab something to eat for work and they are closed

Work there for one day did not return because the manager which was the Arab guy instructed me that on sandwiches that say double cheese only put four pieces of cheese he was also very rude to two customers that were in there because they were taking a little bit longer to make up their minds on what they wanted I did not return as I do not condone that type of business when I called to to see when I shall receive that 3-hour paycheck I was informed that I would not be paid for those 3 hours. He asked me why I did not return before hanging up the phone since I could not explain to him here I am writing a review in hopes he will see it

The last few times I've got food from here it's been OK. I went in today and there was a white woman working. I want to say she made me the best sub I've ever gotten from this store. She listened and made it exactly how I wanted it. The last few times I've ordered weather it be online or in store a guy that barely speaks English has made my sandwich and it's very frustrating because of his lack of being able to understand. He's very nice but needs to improve his speaking skills.

Wilted veggies, the employees acted like I was a bothersome American, and there appearance was dirty. I will never risk eating the leftover, wilted food I saw. It was terrible. Poorest all around establishment I have ever been to in my life

Do not waste your time or your money going to this establishment. I attempted to purchase two sandwiches with the buy one get one with a drink coupon. Was told by the management and staff that they do not accept the coupon they sent out in the mail. However the only coupon that they say and advertise that they do not accept is the buy-one-get-one without a drink. Whenever I attempt to explain that it is a coupon that I had they continue to deny the coupon and the purchase. If I could give a lower rating I would. Do yourselves a favor and eat elsewhere.
