I ordered $60 worth of food thru Door Dash at your store, let me just say I don't think I have ever gotten cold pintos & cheese this time I got 3, ordered nachos fries got none, chicken cantina crispers were sad....hubs did enjoy his potatoes

Bravo to who runs the day shift. I would stop in here during my lunch from time to time to be blown away. The staff are always warm and this is my favorite taco bell around.

Hohenwald Taco Bell does not pay attention to orders. Just about every time I order from there something or everything is wrong or missing. Doesn't seem like they pay much attention at all to the receipts.
The food was OK, it was the customer service that is the problem. Quite questionable, in fact. The young woman who I gave my debit card to about 5:40pm, went to the front to scan my card. While she was up there, she actually handed my card to a male customer. I could not see what he did with it. For all I know he could have snapped a picture or written my card information down. And when I asked her about it, she tried to gaslight me, by telling me no she didn't. I told her that I know she did I saw it. And then she said I'm sorry I shouldn't have done that. What kind of things going on in there I do not know. I am from Michigan, only been in TN for 2 months. My first experience at this location, has made it the last time I will ever go there. She better hope nothing fishy transpires with my debit card account or I will pursue criminal charges.
