Told the guy at the window to put my change in the no child hungry bucket and just throw the receipt away. Something about that made him mad and was very offensive. Will not go there again.
Ok, this makes a strike 3.. and Arby’s Humboldt is out. We used a coupon bought 2 of the smokehouse brisket sandwiches, they had so much saltiness that it resembled a salt lick sandwich, they had so meat also looked old. The fries were very hard also over salty and definitely old. The bun for the sandwich was the best part of the meal. Crossing them off the what’s for dinner list.

I ordered at the drive-through and the young man was impatient and RUDE. When I pulled up to pay i tried to tell him I was confused because he told me the price for a meal instead of just a sandwich and fries and he said “No ma’am I did NOT”. But yes, ya did. He was so rude and angry acting, and told me - without looking at me - to pull around to the door. (What? I guess they can’t hand food out the window?). There was no line behind me…nobody. Anyway, I waited quite a while and I thought - no WAY am I eating the food they are back there preparing for me taking this long. Nope. I straight up DONATED over $13 to that place and will never go back.

I ordered online before I even left my house, went to Walmart first and grabbed a few things and then went to Arby’s and my order still hadn’t even been started yet… there was people at the counter who ordered after my order who’s orders were made first and then after they made those peoples orders they finally started on my order
