Called in for a delivery at 6:03 it is currently 7:50 still no pizza, online said driver left the store at 7:29 for a 6 minute drive according to google.

Former customer former employee- Food is made by hand with no gloves. It's only an issue due to the lack of hand washing. Many people touch their face or handled money then made food. People use the bathroom even have played with a dog in the store then went and made food. There were times when a product was at the expiration date and the new sticker was added to change the expiration date. Reposted somehow my previous post was deleted. Fair warning.

I ordered pizza and other items tonight for dinner. The carry out time said 30 minutes. When I arrived, I noticed the a/c was broken as it was hotter inside than outside. The poor employees were sweating, had wet rags under their hats to cool down, box fans blowing with no relief from the heat. I did have to wait longer for my food and as irritating as that is, I'm making this post because of the work environment I witnessed. It is ridiculous to have your employees work when it's 92 outside but probably over 100 in the store. It shows that Domino's cares more about making a dollar than their employees having a heat stroke.

Ordered 4 large pizzas the outside edges of the crust was burned on each pizza the pepperoni was cooked hard and crunchy. I called and complained and they cooked 4 more pizzas and the pepperoni was crunchy and the.pizza was overcooked also. I think something was wrong with their oven. Won't be going back.
Total madness. Not enough employees. Those here are yelling back and forth across the store about how awful to work here and how they aren’t going to answer the phone because they are too busy to make their orders. Ordered online and was told it would take 18-28 minutes. Arrived after 20 minutes and they hadn’t even started making the pizzas. Hire staff or close!

I love Domino’s pizzas, their cheesy breads and the Philly Cheese Steak Loaded Tots, they taste great , they’re hot when we pick them up and the customer service is spot on, that goes for the manager and the crew I’ve interacted with they’ve all been great. If I could only make one recommendation every time I walk in there to pick up my pizzas nobody looks like they’re happy everyone’s got a frown on their face. It’d be nice to see more smiles. That would make you guys just about perfect.
