Quality has dropped since opening at the Humboldt location. Not terrible but things like wings not being completely sauced. Premium pricing for delivery service things should be done right.
At 10am I placed a large online order to be picked up at 5:30pm. All the food was ready when I arrived. The staff was so nice and went above and beyond to communicate clearly and take care of me! I will be back! Thanks Humboldt Pizza Hut!
So the pizza itself wasn't too bad. We got the cheesy bites pizza, which comes with three ranches to dip the bites in. I had no issues placing the order on the app, or picking it up. The staff were friendly too. The problem, and the reason I'm giving this 3 stars, is because I was not given any of my ranches and I had requested extra sauce on the pizza, which this clearly did not have.
