Just got home after using drive through,24.95 order, Chicken cantina bowl awesome,3 soft shells and nachos bell grande for my granddaughter,tried to order her a strawberry freeze lady on speaker told me the machine was broken so I ordered a large Dr pepper,I pull up and young man hands me a strawberry freeze,I say she said it was broken,he says no it's not and hands me both drinks,I wouldn't have purchased two but okay?The bowl was good and fresh,I wish I'd of taken a bite of her softshells because before she ate them because I went to grab one of her nachos with cheese and meat only as she ordered it that way and something was spoiled,I think the cheese but could've been the meat,I don't know but it tasted off,told her to throw it away,now if it was spoiled and she gets sick we will have a problem!

It looks run down and a week ago my friend ate there and ended up with food poisoning. I thought it was something else until I ate there last night and an hour later got badly sick ( food poisoning) . Would never go back . Guess thats why every time I pass by parking is mostly empty. There has been 5 people eat there different times and all have gotten sick. Need to start over or fix the issues . Poisoning the community isn't the way to do business.

ALL THE STAFF WAS OUTSIDE, ONE WAS SITTING IN LOBBY, THEY WERE ALL PLAYING ON THEIR PHONES. TOOK OVER 10 MINS TO GET MY FOOD AND I WAS THE ONLY CUSTOMER, I SEEN 1 CAR COME THRU DRIVE THRU!

We went by this Taco Bell at 11:30 pm after a long night of haunted houses and we had a pretty big order. The dude at the window was really nice. And the FOOD, that was literally the best Taco Bell I’ve ever eaten in my life. We are talking about 23 years of eating Taco Bell and that is by far the best food I’ve ever had. Everything was fresh. For it to have been so late, those guys did a great job! Taco Bell was on point Saturday night!

Me and my coworker got 2 number 9s and neither of us could eat the Mexican pizza. It taste like some kind of chemical. Took one bite and threw it away. The tacos was good tho. But the Dr pepper was flat.

Pulled into drive through 15 mins before close. I get it. It’s late but I get off past 11. They wouldn’t even answer the speaker. One gentlemen just stared at me with headset on. Other lady was at her car talking. They might as well just close if they are refusing to take people order. Makes it worst that somebody was sitting at drive through window.

Both bathrooms closed, never did get to use. Had me give my name when only 2 people in store and other had ordered already, me standing at counter. It took 5ins to make change. Then the girl said, I think this is your order?, at that point I was only one in store .....Lord help us!
Horrible service, customer service and food quality. I had ordered soft shell chicken supreme tacos and they gave me crunchy beef tacos and eveytime my husband gets the quesadilla it's never cut

Walked in no one said anything more worried about horseplaying after I waited finally got tried of waiting put the order in myself and after they decided to make it girl bought it to me I said thank u and she just looked at me said nothing thinking she didn't hear me I said it again thank u and nothing just walked off said nothing finally left went home and sat down to eat pulled out my food and every hard shell taco was soft and fell apart in my hand to the point could barely eat it only got half of each taco after put it in a pile to eat what I could and to is not cheap so go there very little if prices were better I would go more but there were no one in the parking lot I see why after this experience first time going to that taco bell and wont go back sorry about grammer doing this in a hurry thx

As far as the taco bell in Humboldt, TN goes it needs to be shut down. The lobby isn't even open to the public. The guy on the drive thru speaker acted like he could care less about my mobile order even when I gave him my full name due to not knowing if my first or middle name was on the mobile order. The food wasn't really fresh at all. Also the woman who cut-off the man on the speaker taking my mobile order seemed to have a feeble minded attitude towards work and professionalism. Although the order was correct it was a poor delivery on the staff and managements part entirely. Furthermore I will be using the Trenton taco bell location for future orders because at that location the food is fresh, the workers along with management have a positive attitude, and the lobby is actually open to the public.
