Ordered my food online before I even left my house in Gadsden… drove the 12 miles here and when I get here they’re too busy sitting outside getting high in their cars and hanging out with each other, so I’m standing in the lobby and there’s nobody even making my order yet

I Do not support bad business. It was Fourth of July I ordered my $6 box online from home By the time I got there there was one car in the drive through and no other customers!! But atleast 6workers in and around the restaurant they didn’t even start on my food until I was standing in the lobby for over 5min. Then when I told the I assume manager that I had ordered the food OVER 20min ago the young girls in the kitchen acted like it shouldn’t be a problem and were snickering like I shouldn’t have said anything about it … I mean anyone can see u come to work to do the least and soak up labor costs to give bad service!!! The food was fine but won’t be back cause I believe they r the type to spit in my food if they see my name again on an order.

Humboldt location rude night manager. The food was not done.Flatbread was very raw and soggy, chicken smell soar.l turn right around and took it back. I wanted my money back. But didn't get it, They refixed my order the way l wanted it but still had an attitude.
Says open from 7am to 10Pm or later. Got here at 7.30am - NOBODY

Every time i visit this location which lately is about 3 times a week the food quality declines more and more. Sometimes the food ordered has no sauce or is missing an ingredient. They never have dr pepper and any of the other sodas ordered in place of Dr pepper is usually flat with no carbonation. The fryer is always down and they never have nacho fries. I have had to circle back around through the drive thru on several occasions as they have forgotten something in the order. As a result I'm going to find a new after work resturant to eat at. I know that people make mistakes but this happens every single time I go there and at this point I'm beginning to think that the employees don't care about their job . For the price taco bell charges there should be no excuse for lacking in quality.
They told me to pull around and park because they had fresh fries coming up for my order, so I did so. I waited 15 minutes for said fresh fries, and I only had fries and a burrito on my order. My fries were cold, hard, and very much not fresh at all. I received no napkins and no mild sauce, which I politely asked for. Service was not great, and I do not recommend this taco bell.

Taco Bell needs to fix the speaker or the headset. The order taker couldn't hear me. Everything was good. Food, service, atmosphere were efficient, fast, and kind staff. Even with the intercom issues.
Had a crunch wrap little light on toppings. Storefront clean and neat.
