I usually don't do things like this; however, today I was so disappointed with my 2 sausage and biscuits for $3.00, that I felt the need to put Humboldt Wendy's on blast. This is ridiculous. IJS ! This was tossed in the trash, real quick, because I had saved it to eat, when I returned home. I went to the drive through window and was told that they were out of jelly to go with my sandwich. I didn't return to the restaurant because I live 6 miles away.

The people working your nights at this location are an absolute joke. There were two people continuously on their phones while I waited at your drive through window; and three having the time of their lives laughing while I watched them not doing their jobs. The staff screwed up BOTH of our sandwiches and shorted us our bacon that’s supposed to come with our sandwiches. They put tomatoes and lettuce on the wrong sandwiches. We literally had to remake our entire sandwiches based on the ingredients that actually came on our sandwiches. Please get your night crew to do their jobs and get off their phones and pay attention to what they are doing when I am spending my hard earned money on your business. This is not the first time this has happened. I’m the other hand, day shift is absolutely amazing and rarely messing up my order. I’m assuming that’s because the manager is there.
