“I have to say one of the best restaurants The food is amazing the service could improve some waitresses never come back to check on you then never ask if you want dessert your staff in the kitchen know what they are doing and the plates look great and the food is hot and so good!!! You should thank them for a job well done and you get plenty of food and the plates are clean and neat!!! Will be back”

“The dining area is kind of messy, and one table is kept from wobbling by some old napkins. The staff was working very hard, but seemed to be short staffed. They were very polite and did a fantastic job overall. The good came out very quickly, the order was correct, and the total experience was very nice for a fast food restaurant. This team of folks here seemed like everybody was ready to be there and get every order taken care of with care and quality. If you're passing through and want a great place to stop by and get food this is it. There is also a fuel station and a cinnamon connected which makes for traveling very convenient.”

“I support the Boardwalk because this is a local hangout where folks can meet up and relax. We are a small community that has been through so much, from the train explosion to tornadoes to floods. But we are a Tight Community. We are resilient, we pull together and support each other. I witnessed firsthand how hard Lori Roche worked through the pandemic to keep this business thriving. I proudly wear my T-shirt. She’s a hard working woman who’s dedicated to this business and she loves her community and friends who gather here. The Boardwalk is our little “Cheers” in Waverly! Folks born after 1990 may not have a clue what I’m talking about! I’m proud we have this business where “everybody knows your name”! If you haven’t had their pizza or paninis you’re missing out! They will fix it however you like it and don’t mind special orders at all! I’m not a fan of Ranch dressing so I order a chicken bacon Alfredo panini instead and it’s Divine! I believe we should support all of our local businesses and build each other up. That’s what friends do! Nothing good is ever accomplished from negative comments or slandering. I would like to go on record recommending everyone visit the Boardwalk and meet the friendly bartenders and the hard working manager Lori Roche for themselves. Order from their menu and relax awhile. I’m positive you will walk away feeling good!”

“Samuel's on the Square is the place to dine out in Waverly. Whether you're having a date night (like me and my fiancé) or a family dinner. The atmosphere is both classy and charming. Our waitress Charlotte was pleasant and attentive to our needs. We never had to ask for drink refills. Our food was delivered to the table hot and fresh. Speaking of the food, it was delicious. Our steaks were cooked perfectly to the way we ordered them. The flavors were phenomenal. The owner came by the table to greet us. Just a really nice place to have our date night.”
