“I want to give a big shoutout to Ms. Veneka and her amazing crew at this Burger King location in Jackson, TN! 🙌 I’m big on customer service and fresh food—and they delivered both flawlessly!
Even during a busy lunch rush with a packed drive-thru and dine-in crowd, they got me in and out in a timely manner. That says a lot about Ms. Veneka’s leadership and how well her crew operates under pressure. They were moving with purpose, staying organized, and keeping the line flowing without sacrificing quality.
I even overheard the woman on the drive-thru mic taking orders—her energy was on point! She greeted each customer with enthusiasm and a genuine, friendly tone, which really stood out.
I come to this Burger King often and always ask for fresh food, and they’ve never had an issue accommodating me. But this crew just hits different. The kitchen staff had on gloves, looked clean and professional (because let’s be real—if you look dirty, I don’t want you making my food), and you could tell they respect each other and work together like a well-oiled machine.
Major props to Ms. Veneka for leading by example and creating such a strong, efficient, and customer-focused team. Y’all are setting the bar high! 👏🍔🍟“
“Ordered dinner for myself on the app then checked in at the drive through. The Whopper was well-made and the fries were perfect. Though there weren't but 2 customers inside, this location is very efficient compared to the other Jackson locations.“
“After leaving the Burger King up north near Union because all the employees walked to the back when we came in and didn't return, these employees were actually present. Service was quick and friendly. Food was prepped when we ordered it. Food was great! The location/atmosphere could stand to be updated, but it's fine.“
“Went through the drive thru for supper daughter got a burger and fries with rootbeer. I got a little burger and chicken sandwich. Burgers were perfect! Rootbeer..... absolutely crisp! Forgot my chicken sandwich though but they resolved the issue and gave me a free large drink all with a smile love BK and the people at this one are why.“
“While Burger King has been on a downward spiral for quite some time, this place was surprisingly good. The service was great, the staff was friendly and the food was cooked fresh and hot. As long as the service stays this way, this Burger King has a long life ahead. Nothing better than flame broiled!“
