“Rosalind waited on me in the store today for my to-go order. She was very professional and made sure to get all the details of my oder right. She even. Checked in with me after about 2 minutes to let me know that my chicken was cooking but it would be ready soon. I feel like fast food isnt often fast food anymore but it was today at Burgerking! I was in and out in about 6 minutes! Rosalind showed a high level of hospitality in calling me mam, and holding my bag out to me after saying my oder was ready- she continued to hold it while I walked up to the counter (not just sitting it down and walking away which is generally the norm). 10/10 Rosalind!“
“I gotta admit, I ain’t been to Burger King in about 15 years, but the other day I decided to give it another try. Soon as I pulled up to the drive-thru, the young lady on the speaker was so nice and friendly it caught me off guard.
When I got to the window, she was just as nice in person. She asked how my day was, gave me my drink, and made sure I knew my food was gonna be hot and I’d have everything I asked for. You just don’t expect that kinda service at a fast food place anymore.
The food was hot, fresh and seasoned good. I was so impressed I gave her a $35 tip because I paid with 50 bucks. She didn’t want to take it but hell I insisted Every time I pass by that Burger King, I’m gonna remember that young woman with the glasses and that big smile. She sure made that visit a good ole one“
“This is my third trip in a month to this location. This is the third time that all of our Whoppers have looked exactly like the picture on the add. Thank you so much for showing that your brand can be great. I will say this too. The fries have absolutely been on point as well. I would highly recommend that you give this location your business. They are definitely letting customers know that they want it by providing a great product.“
