“So, I ordered online via the Burger King app. I was absolutely positive that I selected the correct location, but when I completed the transaction, it said my food was at a different location. I was frustrated because I was running behind and couldn't go to the other location at that time. I went through the drive thru and told the intercom that I had an app order (just in case), which they said they hadn't received. I said that I must have ordered for a different location, and to my surprise, the lady told me to drive forward and show them my order. I did so, and they promptly began filling my order AT NO ADDITIONAL COST! I was amazed and felt extremely blessed! Even though I had to wait a few minutes for them to prepare my order (which is what I was trying to avoid by ordering on the app), it was well worth it to not have to drive to the other location and not have to pay twice. All this and the food was delicious! I highly recommend this location.“
“Person at drive- thru seemed annoyed..matter of fact the person behind me asked was she in a bad mood today..apparently extremely short handed today ..slow getting food but this happebs when emplyees dont show up..
Food was hot and good ..just slow today. You could feel the tension by all employees including manager who was working delivery window..“
“It was really good. Upon walking in they immediately jumped to help me. They really were in good spirits and all seemed to be happy. I got my food in a timely manner and it was correct. I was genuinely pleased and I really appreciated the attentiveness that was shown.“
