“They made my breakfast burrito extra good at this location. I don't know what it was, maybe some chili oil, but it was better than they usually make it at other locations so I think they just have someone back there making it properly. Either way great service, good food, I don't usually write about Burger King.“
“My husband I stopped at Burger King to get an early dinner we went in and took our food to go. Husband ordered the new brisket whopper Jr. Meal and I got an original chicken sandwich. The young lady taking our order up graded my husband's meal from the price showing on the board without asking. I don't understand this one unless they are getting commission from every upgrade they sale? It's the only thing I have came up with, but when we got the receipt and our food. I said while looking at our receipt we weren't charged the price of the meal on the board but for more..the young lady says you didn't want Medium? My husband says no but it's okay this time...he was in a good mood. And was hungry. So we left it like that. But as I write this review I'm not okay with this way of getting more money from the consumer everything is already high priced as is. And I've noticed in this area of the country it is the norm...our food once we arrived at our motel was great! Inside of the Burger King was clean. The people at the counter were very pleasant. just watch when you order the meals (Sandwich, fries and drink) which usually are small sized you see when ordering. Or you will be getting more both larger fries and drink at the higher price..“
“I have always liked Burger King. It's my only choice of fast food that I ever eat when it comes to burger places. However, I like it because they have a vegetarian option and it's always very tasty. I would recommend the ladies that work in this location: 3505 Winchester Rd, Memphis, TN 38118, that take the orders, to be a little bit more polite and at least greet the people when they come to buy food. We are paying their salary, it is the least they can do!“
“After the worst customer service experience at the Sycamore View location where the worker actually cursed at us while placing our order, as if we were inconveniencing him, we came to the Kirby Whitten location and received stellar customer service! They were friendly and prompt! Thank you Kirby Whitten staff for the great and professional service!“
“This was a really nice quick lunch stop. The lady at the counter was very pleasant. Welcoming personality. There was an issue with the soda counter and one of tge managers took time to speak, when I went for the napkins. He acknowledged me. Awesome 👌. The food was hot, too“
“This is the second time that I ordered online from here and the second time that my order wasn't ready when I got there. In fact both times they couldn't even locate my order. After searching for a few minutes, they finally located my order ticket and they handed it back to the cook who put it to the back of the line. After about another 5 minutes, I finally got my food.“
“Sandwiches were made wrong per ordered. Drive thru very slow. Why does the location on Summer Ave near Covington Pike not have walk in service anymore. Drive thru service sucks. Nothing you order is ever made as requested. There are never napkins and condiments in the bags “
“I visited the Burger 🍔 King 👑 on Winchester Road today. The parking lot was clean including the landscape. The restroom was clean also. The dinning room was clean, smell fresh one of the employees were cleaning the dinning area while I was there. I ordered a $5.00 Your way meal. Which includes a choice of a Junior Whopper or a Bacon 🥓 🧀 Cheese Burger 🍔 and a four piece Chicken 🐔🍗 Nuggets, Small Fries🍟, Small Drink. I ordered the Junior Whopper. The food was hot 🔥 fresh and tasted great!!! I have tried a lot of burgers in my lifetime but I have not had one yet that tastes better than Burger King 👑 burgers. When it's comes to burgers. I see why it's call Burger King 👑. The manager that took my order was very professional and friendly. ✋ Hand's down to Burger King!!!

“My regular is... 3 for 7... Great Deal and the food is always fresh and hot!!! The older black man who was a manager in training... Was horrible... I was the only customer he had... He walked away from the register.. finally after 5 minutes.. I ask him if he was going to take my order or not.. he was. Burger King... Wake up.. losing a 60 year relationship... Because of this... please pay attention to this because I can't be the only (white) person who loves BK...

“I'll have to admit last year, I stopped going to this location, cause the food was not hot or my burger or fries, always was not hot.
I must honestly admit, every time ive visted them this entire year, my order was hot and fresh.

“It was not ok. I sent the burger back 2 times because it was not made the way I ordered it. I ask for, No tomato. It came out with tomato and no lettuce. I sent it back for lettuce. They took the tomato off and sent me I worked in restaurants 25 years. I never sent the same burger out. What if I was allegeric to tomatoe. The juice was still on the bun. Plus the window attendee handed it to me no bag, sandwhich wrap was wrinkled. Poor service is how I sum up Covington Pike location, Raliegh in Memphis TN“
“I have been a customer of this location for years, and except for a few burps in the late evening at drive through, the service has always been consistent.
I'm in my late sixties, and I guess I'm getting to be somewhat particular on my preferences. The current example is the coffee issue.
I prefer my drink hot, and due to my family having a history of diabetes, have used artificial sweeteners for years.
The last couple of years has seen me enter the pre diabetes A1C range.
I was told the other day that the coffee with the duo had switched to iced, but they would accommodate. E. This .morning, I was told the same about the pair for 3.
They comped me a small, and on first sip, I noticed the extreme sweetness.
Upon checking the nutrition, published by BK, the small has either 21 or 25 grams in a small serving.
I guess I'll be getting a la carte now.“
“They didn't take pride in preparing the food. Was about to ask for some salsa. Before I could get my words out to ask her if she had given me some. The look on her face was as if she was upset because I was asking. And mistakenly i told her oh OK you put some in the bag. Only to drive off and find out it's was ketchup. She was ready for a confrontation just from a question being asked.“
“I don't know if this place has made a major staff overhaul lately but it sure seems like it. The two young ladies at the windows just after 3PM were awesome, great communication, courteous and impeccable service. The food was cooked to perfection despite being just a bit messy, but the freshness outweighed any bad. My only complaint would be the panhandler at the drive thru asking for change, which the cashier kindly attempted to address the fellow asking him to leave and he only moved further back in the drive thru line to where she couldn't see him... Other than that, today's experience and results were the best ever. 🙌🏽🙌🏽“
“Went through drive thru about 5:15 Feb 19. Service was excellent, staff friendly and professional. Our meal, 2 wopper combos, was beautifully prepared. The sandwich was hot and vegetables fresh and cold. The balance of the sandwich was perfect, looking like the posted pictures. It was wrapped and placed in a burger box. It's been a long time since I've had a quality burger meal like that one. So so pleased. Thanks BK“
“This review isn’t even for this actual store location, cause they really aren’t the best but today I was proven wrong and I have to point this person out to let everyone know! But I have to brag on the woman that took my order named “ROVONDA” I pulled up in the drive thru with not much money to get lunch and she patiently helped me find the cheapest thing to help me out. She was very helpful and ABOVE AND BEYOND with her customer service. I don’t think I’ve gotten a fast food experience like this in a decade! It was just nice to see there are people out there still helping other people! So thank you “ROVONDA” for your patience and such a wonderful attitude! First of all on the speaker and at the window customer service was a 10 I wish I could give more because I would when I say excellent I mean just that! This young lady took my order with no attitude with a pleasant personality. She took my order exactly the way I ordered it. I order two bacon cheeseburgers a medium fry and medium soft drink and when I tell you the food was hot I mean just that it was! “The Burger King near my house closed down and I've been wanting a Whopper for a while. I happened to be downtown and saw this BK so I stopped. The Whopper was delicious and the service was outstanding. The lady working the drive thru gave me a crown and told me I was a queen. We need more kind people like this in the world. This was the highlight of my day. Thank you! Give that woman a raise. She is a treasure.“

“After visiting the horrible Millbranch location on New Year’s Day 2025 I decided to come to this location and the customer service and the food was amazing. My hat goes off to Laprinta and Justin. I will most definitely choose this location if I ever choose to eat Burger King again keep up the good work crew great customer service goes a long way!“
“I went around 12:40pm and everything was great! No mistakes on the food, sprite tasted like sprite, burger was delicious, and I was served in a professional manner and received my order quickly.
What a refreshing difference compared to other locations. I will definitely favor this location over others in the future.“
