I had to pull up to wait for chicken fries. I ask if I can get a free value fries for my wait. Guy at the window said no, but your food will be fresh. It did give me a bitter taste in my mouth how the message was delivered. But once management handed me the bag, she mention that chicken fries are made to order with the reason on why I kind of feel better, especially saying Happy Easter
The only reason we eat at Burger King is for the Impossible Whopper. Last night, we ordered 3 Impossible Whopper and 1 regular Whopper. All 4 of the burgers were severely undercooked, so we couldn't eat them. We will try only one more time, then we'll remove Burger King from list of dinner options. It's too expensive to lose a meal. Thank you.

Went to the drive thru tonight and the crew member Ms. Mary Bolden give me a reason to smile. Haven't seen customer service that's good in years. She did a great job at drive thru and the food was awesome. Thank you Mary for reminding me that fast food restaurant still has good people.
