“great place! staff is super awesome as well as food,atmosphere,and people meet there! We always have a blast,so much fun playing xtreme bar bingo every week! Have met some wonderful people and the waitress is super! She is on top of game no matter how big of crowd have,fast always serves food, drinks with smile and makes you feel welcome! If haven't visited or tried their food ,your missing out! if don't want go inside they have drive thru can order and pick up food! you won't be disappointed I'm here tell ya! “THE ABSOLUTE BEST TURKEY BURGER AROUND! Excellent customer service, easy to read menu, plenty of options for everyone, and EVERYTHING is made fresh! They were super sweet about accommodating my special request tonight (no bun). My husband ordered the cowboy burger and loved it! He said the jelly really made the burger pop! His regular fries and my sweet potato fries had the PERFECT amount of seasoning! So delicious! Yes, it does take time to receive your food from the window. IT’S MADE FRESH! So yes, you have to wait for it to cook after you place your order. Be patient - there’s no need to be rude to them regarding your wait time. They tell you how long your order will take! 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!“

“I love the extra fries they give you in the bag. I order lightly salted fries. The fries are what make the visit worthwhile. The hamburger is fine and I appreciate getting grilled onions, peppers, etc. as topics.“

“It was a pleasant turnaround from our last visit. We hadn't been to Red Robin in Jackson in well over a year because of our last experience. At that time the service was terrible, the food quality had slipped, and it literally broke my heart to come to terms with the diminishing standard.
Today was a complete 180 from our experience last year. Under new management, I spoke with Managing partner, Jeff Brewer, and I gave him and his staff the review they have worked so hard to earn. Chris was our waiter and he was phenomenal! He really went above and beyond to make the experience all that it was meant to be. He was actually the shift supervisor and was out waiting tables, leading by example. I strongly urge people to give Red Robin in Jackson a second chance! They are working hard to restore the image!“

“Ordered dinner for myself on the app then checked in at the drive through. The Whopper was well-made and the fries were perfect. Though there weren't but 2 customers inside, this location is very efficient compared to the other Jackson locations.“

“And their drive-thru can be a little confused and especially when they're coming out to collect money they're coming back to give you food and then you can't get out of the line you got to wait for the car in front of you and then you get up there and you tell him I already got my food and they're like what what I mean like they didn't listen at all instead of talking to other people they should be focusing on the customer I'm just saying“
