“Service above and beyond! I called up there with a question about a melty milkshake, and Jessie (sorry, I know I’m going to misspell these names) explained that when you get double hot fudge, all that hot fudge can melt the ice cream — totally makes sense! She told me to ask for it to be made thick next time so the extra ice cream offsets the heat. She offered to make me another one, and I told her no worries, just wanted to make sure it was okay. And then lo and behold, I get back to work, and Jessie had brought me another milkshake anyway and left it for me!! Wow!! I was so touched! I called up there to thank them, and Nikki was so sweet when she explained that Jessie had gone out of her way to make sure I was taken care of! I definitely didn’t deserve such a kindness — I should have realized hot fudge is hot! But I am so grateful to these sweet ladies. I highly recommend this Sonic. Hands down the best food and BEYOND the best service I’ve ever experienced at any establishment. Thank you again so, so much!!! Y’all made my day!!“

“This particular location is under new management. I van see the difference already. My guess is that it will take a few months but you can certainly tell that the new management is taking it seriously when it comes to making the place awesome. On the back of your receipt is QR code for surveys you get free food etc if you do it. The new store manager reads them all personally to make things better. Help our local wendys grow by leaving your comments. All in all its a good place to grab a bite to eat. Also after about 9 or 10 pm it may be a bit slower service because they make it all fresh to order.“

“I would like to say the manager there keeps a tight ship. I think her name is Martina. They are always on point. The food is always hot and fresh, and I never have to wait long. I'm always greeted with a smile when my food is brought out. The whole atmosphere makes my day better. Many times a girl named Anna brings my food out, and she is always cheerful.“

“I'm from Murfreesboro tn and went to Jack's today. It was nothing like the first time I had there chicken wings..fries tasted stale and the chicken was dry dry dry..not good. Please go back to how ever it was cooked fried before. Back in 2025.“

“Ordered ice cream, popcorn chicken, and a free large groovy fry at 7:15am.
It was out quickly, and fresh.

The mixins for the ice cream were perfectly distributed throughout, the fries were crispy, and the chicken was delicious.“

“The three lady’s that were working this morning on 11/15/22, need a huge bonus! They are the only three working today and we’re still very nice. The owner of this location should be ashamed of their self for allowing this to happen. If you don’t have enough employees, then maybe you need to shut the doors and send those that are there home WITH PAY. We all know you can afford it!“
