This particular location is under new management. I van see the difference already. My guess is that it will take a few months but you can certainly tell that the new management is taking it seriously when it comes to making the place awesome. On the back of your receipt is QR code for surveys you get free food etc if you do it. The new store manager reads them all personally to make things better. Help our local wendys grow by leaving your comments. All in all its a good place...read full review
Rest room dirty.
2 Stars for unnecessarily saying we needed to pull up for them to finish making a salad on a mobile order so their timer inside stops clocking how it’s taking them to make said order. First off, being a mobile order, it should’ve been in queue. Secondly, don’t ask customers to pull up so you as the employee can mislead management you’re getting orders out quicker than you actually are. That’s lying, and dishonest to customers as well.

Wendy's offers excellent service and delicious food. The drive-thru experience is praised for its efficiency and best customer service. Despite occasional mistakes with orders, the overall experience is positive. The dining room may not always be open, but the variety of food options makes it worth a visit for those looking for something different to eat.
