The place was clean and pretty well organized I found some things a bit pricey The customer service etiquette of the woman at the front of the store is non-existent Buried amongst all the signs behind the checkout is the one one where a military discount is available My husband didn’t see it until his transaction was almost completed When he mentioned it she said, oh well maybe next time When I noticed it after they had begun to rung up, I said something about it and she responded with “well we must have a picture ID”; okay; and then she says we can’t do it after we’ve already started checking out However, she assured me they are happy to give it She will not have another chance to offer me that discount as I’ll not be shopping there again

Turned into a decorative and do-dad store. Home-canned foods tells it all!

Just had one of the best customer service experiences that I have ever had. Teresa Ide (and her husband, William) went above and beyond expectations to help me when I had come to an absolute dead end trying to find a particular item. Ya'll saved the day. THANK YOU!!!!

A world of Antiques and collectibles to lose yourself in. Something for everyone. Leave the kids at home though
Not a good place for children. The tea room has great food at lunch time. You can buy some items for take home from the cooler.

Had a lot of cool stuff for everyone's taste. The employees were very polite and helpful. Had a great time. Did not eat at the Cafe but the food smelled really good.

The best antique store in West TN! I always find treasures at low prices here! I stock up while I'm home. There are hundreds of dealers to choose from and a huge variety of items. Something for everyone! You can shop around, snag snacks for the family, food from the cafe for yourself, and leave without breaking the bank! Tons of furniture and decor also and the staff is extremely kind and knowledgable! LOVE Carriage House so much!

The store is nice and clean. The lady working the front desk on 5/25/24 is dismissive and rude.

Cozy, winding and wandering shop. One of the best booth-style shopping experiences I’ve been to in west Tennessee! I come as often as I can.

Starting with the service, Mandy was the picture of customer service! Mandy shared some recommendations and she helped us pick some amazing dishes. The next time we will be ordering the tea for two!! Others have posted pics in their reviews and while dining another group was enjoying their order with rave review’s.Phenomenal, quirky shopping options. We could have spent hours just roaming around the shop. The prices also looked really reasonable. I’m already looking forward to my next trip to Carriage House.

Wow!! That was my first thought as I entered Carriage House Antique Market & Cafe! I love to visit vintage and antique shops. I couldn’t believe my eyes. There was so much to see. I was there to pick up an item I had purchased from their Monday night online sale. I knew immediately I would be there longer. I found so many items I just couldn’t resist taking home with me as I browsed the many aisles of different vendors that had their antique treasures displayed so beautifully. The ladies who work here are friendly and will help you find whatever you might be in search of. In my case, I decided to shop for Easter decor, specifically rabbits while there. It was as I finished shopping and was paying for all my “new to me”treasures that I realized that there was a cafe inside where you can take a break and have a soda or even a meal if you were hungry! Folks, this is truly an all in one shopping experience. Plan your visit to Carriage House Antique Market & Cafe soon! You will truly be happy you did.

A lot of booths. None of the booths were overpacked, and they had a great selection. Lots of clothes and a couple of artsy non-antique boothes.
