My daughter and I were just driving through Jackson Tennessee and decided to stop at this Cheddar’s restaurant because we have never been there before. I must say, it was a delightful experience from start to finish. Holly was our server and she was very attentive and never let our glass go empty, and the food was simply delicious. The honey butter croissants were magnificent! The portions were generous, ensuring that we left feeling satisfied. I can’t wait to return!”

Got takeout. We were staying in a hotel on a trip and it was close. We enjoyed it.
This was where we had our first date & where we went after our wedding. We’ve never had any issues until last night when We went for our 1 year anniversary.When we walked in, we asked the host to sit in the bar as usual. She gave my husband the menus & silverware & pointed towards the bar section. She didn’t tell us where to or not to go. Just pointed. So we decided to sit in a booth. The bartender watched us sit down. We sat there 17 mins waiting on someone to come. Once again, while sitting there the bartender and a server who was serving the booth directly behind us both saw us but didn’t say a word. Finally after sitting so long we got up and started to walk out of the bar to another section. While walking out l, the bartender who I later found out was named Brooklyn, looked over at us & muttered loud enough for us to hear “these people be getting on my nerves”. We went back to teh hostess stand where a different hostess was working & let her know how we hadn’t been served. She tells us that the bar wasn’t open seating tonight & that the table we sat at is in a closed section. I told her that the other hostess gave us menus & just pointed towards the bar area. The second hostess was very nice & sat us at a regular booth where we were served quickly and efficiently.Will we go back? Maybe. I just hope the next time our experience will be better

Visited the Jackson, TN location and it needs cleaning. Dusty and cobwebs. The ribs were extremely fatty, less meat not like in Cordova, TN. The waiter did not bring saucers that we requested for our appetizer.

I usually get the chicken pecan salad & it's usually good. But my husband brung me 1 home tonight that had hardly any lettuce, the chicken was so tuff I could hardly chew it & the salad hardly covered the bottom of the to go box. For 13.49 I sure didn't get my money's worth. And if that's how the salad is now, I won't be eating there anymore!

Fabulous service especially if Brooke waits on you !Food and drinks are excellent and prices are reasonable. Unfortunately I have had to edit my first review where they received really good ratings.First let me start by saying I went there on my birthday March 4th specifically for a shrimp platter only to be told after waiting about a half an hour that they had no shrimp.I went there this past Friday what's a friend and we waited 45 minutes for a salad that was thrown together with wilted lettuce one tomato no pepper jack cheese and a very little mixture of other vegetables.And when I told the waitress about it she was also the bartender Amanda and she said well that salad came from the kitchen although she made two beautiful salads for someone sitting at the bar who came in after we did!!The quality of the food coming from the kitchen and the speed or lack thereof that is coming from the kitchen is a major problem I came to Cheddar's at least three times in one month that's how much I enjoyed the food but lately it's something to be desired

The taste of the food was good and the temperature was not great . We told the manager about it. It was 8 of us every last one of us our food was cold. The manager only gave us 10% off our bill.
