Wonderful food and service
Great service but food wasn’t seasoned
The food was good. Our waitress wasn't bad, but she forgot all kinds of stuff. We were constantly having to ask for things that we did not receive. This was my second experience at cheddar's. My first experience was about the same. My mother and I were sat in a corner and it felt like we were forgotten. We had to hunt our waitress down. I don't like writing bad reviews but honestly, I will probably not be back to cheddar's.

Recently, customers have praised the honey croissants, calling them "banging" and noting that they were so good they couldn't even take pictures. Overall, the food is considered good, although one customer noted a wait of an hour for their meal due to two large parties.
Another customer shared a positive experience during lunch, despite having a complex order handled by a Trainee. The order was correct but brought out in two whole portions instead of one to share, which was still enjoyable as the food tasted fresh and delicious. Both the Trainee and server received compliments for their awesome service, frequently checking on drinks and making the customers feel valued. However, there was mention of needing more servers like them. Overall, while some experiences were mixed, many customers indicated they would return.
