As an food delivery driver, my experience has been mixed. Some times they are nice and helpful, but there have been several times my delivery was left sitting on the counter while employees socialized and when I took it I was scolded. Then there have been times they demanded to look at my phone to ensure I'm confirming the pickup. Yet I witness them handing orders to others with out looking at their phones. Whatever the policy it needs to be posted and applied universally....
My family and I stopped in here on a road trip and made a mobile order. We accidentally ordered from the wrong location. When this chick fil a realized the issue they called the other location to notify them then they promptly made my order and got us back on the road. They were so polite regardless that it was my mistake.
Chick-fil-A has always been and will Always be the greatest chicken sandwiches in the world. They've been around for a long time now and STILL do not have competition. I'm sold. (and they cater)
