Convenient, reliable and punctual. I needed a last minute cake for my mother’s birthday. I’m very busy and could find no one to assist me with a last minute cake in Memphis so I decided to look for someone more local to my mother and found Gigi’s! Ms. Rachel assured me that she could take care of it, and she did just that! I was so excited to hear Jackson has a bakery with gluten free Desserts. Gigi's did not disappoint! And what was even better is that they did not upcharge for the gluten free cupcakes (as many places do unfortunately, which makes it hard on those who have to eat gluten free because of food allergies). Thank you! I enjoyed chatting with the ladies working there and will be back!
