The food was hot and delicious! The staff was friendly and helpful. (restaurant and the store) Note: The restaurant was obviously short-staffed, and it did take a while for the food to arrive; however, this seems to be the case everywhere!
We waited 20 minutes to get drinks. We asked for biscuits while we waited but never got them. My order was wrong and still had to wait on biscuits after our food arrived. We asked for separate tickets and it was all put on one ticket. The service was extremely slow. The food was good when we got it but took a long time.

We gave the server grace because it’s very apparent that she is new (zero stars on her apron)… From initially getting sat the floor was disgusting, food in the chairs… i immediately requested the manager to assist. From there it was just a decline of service. Biscuits as an app but no plates because none are clean… after while we are tired of waiting for plates and jelly so eating on napkins it is… server isn’t intuitive to keep the table clear for a large part of 8. She is responsive and delayed rather proactive with serving basic. Furthermore, the manager has no drive to run an efficient and well rounded dining experience. All her energy is in the iPad noting empty tables. 45 min later and still no food. It’s my grandmothers 87th birthday and it a just an unpleasant experience.
